Shipping Policy — Fast Dispatch, Real Tracking
Challotte & Sons Marketing is committed to getting your order to you quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. This policy covers dispatch timescales, shipping costs, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 attract a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout before payment.
Delivery Estimates (Domestic — USA)
Standard delivery: three to seven business days from dispatch. Estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, and public holidays.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Failed Delivery & Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification card with redelivery instructions. Packages held at carrier facilities for more than seven days will be returned to us. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or to issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows no update for more than five business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, where the item is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.
