Standard orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Domestic delivery typically takes three to seven business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. If a product is not right for any reason — including change of mind — contact us and we will arrange a return. Eligible refunds are processed within five to seven business days of us receiving the returned item.
Every product in our store is evaluated before listing. We assess problem-solving utility, material quality, durability, verified reviews from other retailers, and value for money. If a product does not pass, it does not list. This process is non-negotiable regardless of the margin opportunity.
