Returns & Refund Policy — 30 Days. Hassle-Free.

At Challotte & Sons Marketing, we stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, we make it right. This policy explains how our return process works, what qualifies for a return, and how refunds are processed.

Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be: unused or minimally used for evaluation purposes; in their original packaging (where practicable); accompanied by your order number.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window without prior agreement
  • Personal care items that have been opened and used beyond evaluation
  • Items damaged through misuse or accident after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with: your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for return.
  2. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return label where applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and dispatch using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within five to seven business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, with no return of the damaged item required in most cases.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is five to seven business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued. Credit card processing times vary by issuer and may take an additional two to five business days to appear in your statement.
